The 'RHONJ' Reunion Is Bringing The Drama

Hold on to your poles, Real Housewives fans, because the stripper accusations are back in Season 7 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, and this time they don’t seem to have anything to do with Melissa Gorga. In a recent trailer for the RHONJ reunion, many accusations, threats, and tears are shed during the oh-so-brief one-minute clip. But the one that shocked the heck out of me was when Teresa Giudice seemed to accuse Jacqueline Laurita of being a stripper. And you thought the stripping days were in the past for these ladies.

Like, I know these rumors were a thing years ago, but apparently old rumors die hard in New Jersey. Unlike the rumor that circulated in previous seasons that Giudice’s sister-in-law, Gorga, had allegedly been a stripper, it now looks like Laurita might be the one at the center of a stripper scandal. Not that this is any news to her. Laurita herself slammed rumors that were circulating way back in 2012, which implied she had once worked as a Las Vegas stripper. Those rumors, too, first came up during another reunion. Surprise, surprise. For the record, the rumors were never confirmed, and no source came forward to support that the claim was true.

But, of course, now that Giudice and Laurita are feuding something fierce in Season 7 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, the rumors are coming back up again. Then again, the clip could be the result of clever editing. It may be that Giudice is bringing up the old rumors to shoot them down, or that she’s not even talking about Laurita at all. You know those reality television producers are tricking in their editing, especially when it comes to previews of upcoming episodes.

Who knows? Maybe they’ll all get along for the entire thing. Wouldn’t that be a nice change? Tune into the reunion on November 6 and 13 to find out all the drama that really goes down between these women. I’m sure there will be a ton of it.
