Hillary's Election Party Is Filled With Celebs

by Taylor Ferber

Regardless of the 2016 election outcome, the stars are flocking to New York City's Javits Center to support Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton. This Election Day has been one of the most tense 24 hours America has experienced maybe ever. As the votes role in, Clinton and Donald Trump are neck-to-neck, and some stars are expressing their worry on social media. However, the celebrities at Clinton's election night party on Tuesday evening are there because they're #WithHer no matter what her fate may be.

Throughout the night, women such as Gwen Carr (mother of Eric Garner) and Sybrina Fulton (mother of Trayvon Martin), have been in attendance to give moving speeches. And additional female badasses, such as Katy Perry, are expected to speak at the party as well. Although not all celebrities at the party will get on the mic, many are there in unity just to celebrate the glory that is a female presidential candidate.

Countless celebrities have taken to social media to express their support for Clinton. Stars like Beyoncé, Demi Lovato, and Perry have performed in support of the candidate. And according to Us Weekly, celebrities like Bey, Jay Z, Shonda Rhimes, and Pharrell Williams are predicted to attend the election night bash. But until they actually show, here are some celebrities at the party that may or may not induce a case of FOMO.

Amy Schumer, America Ferrera, & Amber Tamblyn

An adorably pregnant Tamblyn posted this photo to Instagram. They're all rocking white, obviously.

Lena Dunham & Lady Gaga

Talk about the dream team.

Angela Bassett

Thank god for Lena Dunham and this glorious picture.

Billy Eichner

According to Us, the comedian went home amidst news that Trump would win Texas and Arkansas.

Chris Colfer

The former Glee star reportedly attended with a friend after he got his vote on on Tuesday.

DJ Cassidy

The avid Clinton supporter is reportedly amongst the crowd at the party. Hopefully, he'll get more iconic Instagram posts.

The woman of the hour has yet to arrive, but I'm certain that when she does, the turn up will be like none other — regardless of outcome.
