This Mannequin Challenge Is So Star-Studded

The Mannequin Challenge is one trend that's still going strong. A 2016 Presidential Medal of Freedom Mannequin Challenge was filmed on Tuesday thanks to Tracee Ellis Ross, whose mom, Diana Ross, received the high honor from President Barack Obama at the White House, alongside some other extremely famous individuals. You know you've created the most star-studded one yet, when it features Tracee, Diana, Ellen DeGeneres, Robert De Niro, Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson, Portia de Rossi, Bill Gates, Kareem Abdul-Jabar, Bruce Springsteen, and Michael Jordan, to name a few.

Alongside the video, Tracee wrote, "Look what I got everyone to do! I'm in the pink dress laughing with Rita!" There have been plenty of worthy Mannequin Challenges, including the one with Destiny's Child, but this one is beyond epic.

First, take note of De Niro's face. He looks so confused and doesn't appear to have any idea what is happening. He even blinks! Next, there's Wilson, whose face is so on point that it makes me adore her more than I already do. Then, be sure to spot Diana. She doesn't even mess around with her drastic pose and actually looks like a mannequin, because she is just that perfect. This challenge doesn't even need Rae Sremmurd and Gucci Mane's "Black Beatles" which usually accompanies Mannequin Challenge, because there are so many famous people who make up for it.

You know, DeGeneres almost wasn't in this because she struggled to make it inside the White House. Before the Mannequin Challenge, she shared an Instagram of herself sitting on a bench and wrote alongside it, "They haven't let me in to the White House yet because I forgot my ID. #NotJoking #PresidentialMedalOfFreedom." Obviously, the talk show host was eventually allowed in and even alerted her followers about it when she shared Tracee's brilliant idea by writing, "I'm in."

It'd be remiss if I failed to mention that this particular challenge isn't without fault thanks to the woman at the end who moves. She's holding her tablet up and then you see her slightly drop her arms a bit. I get it, her arms probably got tired. Though, it does look like she tried to move before the camera got to her because she stops abruptly, but it was too late.

Oh well, who cares, right? All of these famous and inspiring people pulling off a Mannequin Challenge together? That's really all that matters.
