Anna Chlumsky

Way back in 1991, newcomer Chlumsky became everyone's favorite poetry-writing, death-fearing, 11-year-old hypochondriac when she starred in My Girl. The tearjerker propelled her to fame, and she spent the next few years taking roles in less-beloved, but still successful, films and TV shows. Then, she stopped. She decided to forgo Hollywood for college and a job at a publishing house. Fortunately for us, though, she returned to acting in 2007, getting supporting parts in 30 Rock, Law & Order, White Collar, and, most notably, Veep. Today, she's an Emmy-nominated star with a newborn baby by a husband who is not Thomas J. Vada, is that you?! Image: Columbia

Hilary Duff

Lizzie McGuire is no longer pining over Ethan and talking to a cartoon mini-self; Duff, now 25, is a married mother of the cutest 1-year-old ever, Luca. Her acting career isn't quite what it used to be — she's had short-lived roles on Gossip Girl, Two and a Half Men, and Raising Hope, and not too much else — but with a Skylar Astin-starring film set to be released next year, the former teen queen is poised to make a comeback. Candace Cameron-Bure

The oldest of the Tanner trio, who was 19 when 'Full House' went off the air, didn't wait long to start a family. She married NHL player Valeri Bure just one year later, and had her first child, Natasha, two years after. In 2000 and 2002, she had sons Lev and Maksim, respectively. The happy, very-religous fivesome has settled down in Florida, only traveling to L.A. for Full House reunions (or at least that's our guess.) Over the last few years, Cameron-Bure has acted sporadically, starring in ABC Family's Make It or Break It and an upcoming drama, To the Wall. Image: ABC

Jodie Sweetin

With the saying "How Rude!" and some killer dance moves, DJ's younger sister, Stephanie, became one of the '90s most beloved (or annoying, depending on your take) TV characters. However, the actress behind her, Sweetin, had a hard time staying America's Sweetheart after the show ended. Any acting success she might have had was overshadowed by a years-long stint with crystal meth. Today, she has been sober for several years, and has two daughters. Image: ABC

Melissa Joan Hart

Twentysomethings know her as Clarissa and teens know her as Sabrina, but Hart is now known primarily by her family as "Mom." The former TV star has three sons with musician Mark Wilkerson, whom she married in 2003. She's now starring on ABC Family's Melissa & Joey, which is currently in its third season. Image: ABC

The Hanson Brothers

It's not only the girls who have freaked us out with their maturity. The Hanson brothers, who burst onto the music scene in 1997 with the infectious "MMMBop," are still touring, but they're now more focused on raising families. All three Hansons are married with kids — oldest brother Isaac has two, Taylor has five, and Zac has two with one on the way. [Image: Into the Gloss]
