Lucy Hale Dyed Her Hair & Looks Amazing

After wrapping the final season of Pretty Little Liars, Lucy Hale said goodbye to Aria’s chestnut tresses and rocked a shoulder-length blonde ‘do, only to change it a month later. While Hale’s blonde lob incited all kinds of fall hair inspiration, Lucy Hale’s new hair style, a black bob is just as swoon-worthy, if not more so.

On Dec. 3, Hale debuted her edgy black bob on Instagram, she captioned the selfie, “🎤 I go back to blaaaaack. Thank you @kristin_ess for taking me back to my true self 🙋🏻” In the photo of note, Hale shows off her just-below-the-chin black bob which she paired with a rose pink lip, minimal makeup, and layered gold necklaces.

Hale, known for a hair transformation or twelve (she’s rocked every hair style from long brown tresses to ombre curls to short blonde locks), surprised fans yet again, thanks to hairstylist extraordinaire Kristen Ess, with her most daring hairstyle yet: a style reminiscent of a 1996 Victoria Beckham.

A little bit grunge and a whole lot of chic, Hale’s latest hair style is bound to become a must-have look in 2017.

Hale proves yet again that she is a hair chameleon. Not only can she pull off blonde and brown locks, but now she proves she can pull off black tresses, too.

As far as Hale is concerned, the '90s are here to stay. Not only does her perfectly messy black bob exude '90s style, but her glossy lips and plethora of gold chokers are straight from the naughties as well.
