Update On Brad & Angelina's Custody Agreement

On Monday, TMZ reported alleged updates on Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's temporary custody agreement. Previously, Jolie's rep stated that Jolie has custody of all six kids and that Pitt has "therapeutic visits" with his six children. TMZ reportedly obtained documents submitted to the court by Jolie and signed by a judge last Friday, which allegedly state that the "frequency and conditions of the therapeutic visitation" Pitt will have with his kids is determined by a psychologist, and that the former couple is required to partake in group therapy sessions with their children. TMZ also reports the documents state Pitt must undergo random drug and alcohol tests at least four times per month. E! News also reports that, according to obtained documents, Pitt will attend therapy and submit to drug tests. Bustle has reached out to reps for Pitt and Jolie for comment, but did not receive an immediate response.

According to TMZ, the current custody agreement is only temporary. Reportedly, "The terms of this deal must stay in place until there's a court order, or both parents agree to change it."

In early November, Variety reported that after announcing their split in September, Jolie and Pitt had reached a custody agreement regarding their six children, which was confirmed to the outlet by Jolie's rep. The statement read:

We can confirm that childcare professionals have encouraged a legal agreement accepted and signed by both sides over a week ago. In accordance with this agreement, the six children will stay in their mother’s custody, and the children will continue therapeutic visits with their father. This has been determined by childcare professionals to be in the children’s best interest. We are not in a position to discuss the details. We hope now that it is clear that the events which led to the dissolution filing involved minor children and their well being, there will be understanding of the sensitivity of the family situation. We believe that all sides are committed to healing the family and ask for your consideration during this difficult time.
