When Sephora had its Black Friday preview, the retail giant revealed the existence of the Kat Von D Lock-it Brightening Powders. These circular compacts contain complexion brighteners that will be available via Sephora.com as of Tuesday, Jan. 10 and are part of the brand's beloved Lock-it range, which includes the newly-added face makeup brushes and the foundation, which was repackaged and updated with 13 new shades. The beloved formula, however, remained in tact and unchanged. But let's discuss this newest addition to the Lock-it fam. What colors are the Kat Von D Lock-it Brightening Powders?
Based on a shot posted on the brand's official Instagram, three of the shades are Golden, Peach, and Petal. Since the KVD brand is so rock 'n' roll and dark 'n' edgy, it's rare to see such light, sweet names for products. Whatever the case, they will add a little glow to the face, shoulders, or wherever the user chooses to sweep 'em.
That said, Kat Von D-evotees should take this moment to program reminders in their iPhones or on their print calendars so they don't miss out on the early January launch.
