Is Huda Beauty's Rose Gold Palette Sold Out?

by Teresa Newsome

I really want the Huda Beauty Rose Gold Palette. Like real bad (bad enough to ignore the rules of grammar). If you really want it too, you probably already know that it sold out within a few hours of its launch. You might even be one of the people whose hopes and dreams were crushed by an overloaded server and a crashed website. Sigh. There's always Sephora, right? Wrong. Sephora sold out, too, at least online, as did every other retailer under the sun. In fact, it's so sold out that I'm pretty sure if you were to go to Starbucks, or the dentist, or your mechanic, there would be a sign in the window that said "sorry, no Huda Beauty Rose Gold Palette for you."

That being said, all hope is not lost! There are still a few ways to buy the sold out Huda Beauty Rose Gold Palette. Plus, Huda has promised at least one restock in the near future, so if you can wait, you'll probably be able to snag one with relatively little difficulty. If you can't wait, tho, (who can?) here are some solutions. They're not all pretty, and some are painfully expensive, but isn't there some kind of famous saying that pain is beauty or something? I thought so. OK, onto the goods.

It looks like your best bet (other than scrolling through Amazon or eBay — which can put you at risk for buying a fake palette), is to check if your local Sephora store has them in stock.

If you head on over to the item listing at Sephora.com, you'll see it's sold out. No surprises there. But if you look on the right hand side of the page, there's an option to see if it's available in a retail location near you.

I did it on a whim, and what! It's in stock at a shop that's about a 45 minute drive from my house. Road trip! So for less than the price of the palette an Amazon.com, I could get gas, drive to the Sephora location that's 45 minutes away, and still have money leftover for a highlighter and some dinner. Not too shabby.

Other than that, your best bet is to keep tabs on brand by checking out their website, or adding it to your loves list on Sephora so you can be notified when it's back in stock. Good luck! May the palette gods be with you!
