Why This New Housewife Will Raise Eyebrows

New Real Housewives of Orange County cast member Lizzie Rovsek is spun from reality gold. Not only is Rovsek a former Miss Kentucky with dreams of stardom who originally arrived in California to pursue acting, but she also designs a sexy swimwear line, de rigeur for reality casts these days. (Paging Lily Ghalichi.) And then there's the fact that she sports porn star looks and permanent pout.

Rovsek was allegedly also the valedictorian of her high school in Columbia, Ky., where she competed in Miss Teen USA after getting the Kentucky teen title. She ended up losing that crown to Mrs. Lachey herself, Vanessa Minnillo, who ended up snagging the 1998 Miss Teen USA honors. The actress-turned-housewife is also fond of tweeting cleavage-baring selfies, and seems to be a fan of Jennifer Lawrence, too. (Stars — they're just like us!)

As for what we can expect to see from the reality star on this season on Real Housewives of Orange County, it looks like Rovsek's storyline is primarily going to center on work-life balance, as she decides between having a baby girl or expanding her high-end swimwear line. So this basically makes her the reality show version of Liz Lemon (with less glasses and night cheese, and more jewel-encrusted bikinis, of course). Those bikinis, by the way, have supposedly earned her a net worth of $25 million. Yowza. Clearly the rest of us are all in the wrong business.
