Exclusive: Behind-The-Scenes Look At 'Oz'

by Anna Klassen

Glee's Lea Michele has plenty on her plate. From recording and releasing her first solo album to filming her hit FOX show, the triple threat refuses to take a breather. She's even taking on voice work, as evident in Legends of Oz: Dorthy's Return, where the actress lends her voice to the title role of Dorothy in the animated continuation from the original 1939 film. Bustle snagged an exclusive video from behind the scenes of the film, which features Michele talking about her favorite childhood movie, The Wizard of Oz of course, and what it's like to be part of a reinventing of the beloved flick.

The film centers around the classic characters of Dorothy, Scarecrow, the Lion, the Tin Man and Glinda, but this time, Dorothy wakes up in a post-Tornado Oz, and must save her friends from a new villain, the Jester. Also voicing in the film are television and film stars Hugh Dancy, Patrick Stewart, Dan Akyroyd, Megan Hilty and many more. With the critical and financial success of Frozen, could this female hero story also set records in the animation world?
