Wait, Are Those Strippers On The Bachelorette?

by Nicole Pomarico

As it turns out, we were right about The Bachelorette — even though it's still early in the season, now that Andi's made her official debut, she may be my favorite Bachelorette of all time. I'm getting everything I've ever wanted this time around: A sweet, adorable gal looking for love, relatively normal dudes competing for Andi's heart, and, best of all, no Juan Pablo to contend with. But what is this season missing? I'll tell you: Strippers. Fortunately for us, Andi (and ABC) were quick to remedy that for us loyal viewers at home.

Enter The Hollywood Men, those delightfully Chippendale-y dancers you saw on-screen on tonight's Bach episode. So who are these guys? If you take their website's word for it, they're "a full course buffet of women's fantasy." No, really. That's what their website actually says.

So who are these guys? Magic Mike, in real life, pretty much — and if that's not begging for a reality show, I don't know what is. Since 1995, The Men have been giving 90 minute dance shows led by the 1998 Playgirl Man of The Year, Scott Layne, and their performances include a little meet and greet with the audience afterwards. The cast — made up of six men besides Layne — includes something for everybody, from the Fabio-esque Mario down to the former Army man, Sean.

But my absolute favorite discovery about The Hollywood Men? The fantastically hilarious packages they offer for guests on their "buffet," guaranteed to fulfill all those fantasies they were talking about earlier. They offer up the 50 Shades of Grey experience, you'll be serenaded and handcuffed by a Christian Grey lookalike. Also on the menu? Vampires, cops, firemen, and even construction workers and Spartacus himself. And if you're really up for an adventure, five men fresh out of a hot shower will surround you, "ready to make love." Oh my.

Clearly, if you're planning a bachelorette party (or, of course, if you actually are The Bachelorette), this is the way to go.

And, of course, let's not forget these strippers have hearts of gold: All the one dollar bills collected during their appearance on The Bachelorette are donated to charity in the name of "The Bachelor Gives Back." As if half-naked guys could be any more of a great idea.
