It has been a tragic Father's Day for the family of radio Icon Casey Kasem. The host of American Top 40 and the voice of Shaggy on Scooby Doo passed away early on Sunday morning at the age of 82 after being taken off of life support this past Wednesday. After a longtime battle with Lewy Disease, a form of dimenta, Kasem finally rests in peace. His children have taken to social media to express their grief and let their fans know that the recent controversy surrounding Kasem's personal matters are not what the family are choosing to focus on. Rather, they are remembering their father for the many gifts he bestowed upon the world throughout his long and accomplished career.

Kasem's family aren't the only people who have opened up about their feelings on the late, great broadcaster. Thousands of his fans, including many celebrities have gone to Twitter to mourn the loss of such a legend. Kasem had many friends in the industry as he helped to cultivate a fanbase for countless artists. He was also a well-known humanitarian whose work ranged from political rallies and fundraisers to helping aid the homeless in America.

Take a look at how his many famous friends and admirers have reacted to this immense loss.
