She Just Added Another Collab To Her Plate

by Samantha Matthews

Everyone knows Alexa Chung as Britain's favorite It girl, not to mention one of the busiest ladies in the world — and there's no sign she's slowing down. From ridiculously charming ad campaigns, to her book, to her past career as a Fuse News anchor, there isn't much that Chung hasn't done, and now she's adding denim designer to her extensive resume. According to Women's Wear Daily, Alexa Chung will collaborate with AG Adriano Goldschmied on at least two collections through fall 2015. Plus, ringing in at $70 to $300 a piece, this is a designer collab we actually have a chance of adding to our closets.

According to Chung, the line is comprised of "the missing pieces of [her] dream denim wardrobe." True to Chung form the line is said to include inspiration from the late '60s and early '70s, along with a bit of Chanel and '90s-era Versace for good measure. It's expected that the line will include jeans, overalls, denim dresses, a shrunken denim jacket, tees, a sweatshirt, high waisted shorts, and blouses in hues of pale pink, cream, rusty red and washed army green. This is far from Chung's first time at the rodeo: She's done beauty partnerships with Eyeko and Nails Inc., as well as a fashion collaboration in 2011 in Madewell. As we impatiently wait for Chung's partnership with AG Adriano Goldschmied, let's look back on her words of wisdom that get us extra excited for the launch.
