This 'Teen Mom' Mom Is Having Another Baby!

Wednesday was an eventful day in "News celebrities didn't feel like telling us until several months in." First the world finds out Mad Men 's Vincent Kartheiser and Alexis Bledel got married earlier this summer and didn't tell the public. Now Teen Mom 's Catelynn Lowell's confirmed she's pregnant. Four months pregnant, to be exact.

Lowell, who made her reality TV debut on Teen Mom in 2009, gave birth to a baby girl named Carly on the show. She and boyfriend Tyler Baltierra decided to give the baby up for adoption. On Wednesday Lowell posted on Instagram that she was pregnant again — four months along, and once again with Baltierra — and Us reports that she's keeping the baby.

"#it'sofficial #4months @tylerbaltierramtv," Lowell captioned the Instagram pic, which features her stanfing on what looks like a boat, holding her belly and looking very majestic and windswept. The couple confirmed back in April that they were trying to get pregnant again. Thoughts of Carly — whom they still keep in touch with — were strong; as they told In Touch:

I was too young when I got pregnant with Carly — I was sad and scared. We’ve learned from what our parents did wrong. Tyler and I own our own home, have two cars and actually have money to support a kid.

We wish Lowell, Baltierra, and their eventual baby a lifetime of happiness.
