'Hunger Games' & 'True Blood' Have United

by Alanna Bennett

Aw, another story of love by supporting characters in the realm of sci-fi/fantasy entertainment. Leven Rambin and Jim Parrack have gotten engaged. It is a moment that unites her very popular blockbuster series with his very popular TV series, at least in spirit.

Rambin is probably most recognizable to audiences because of her role as Glimmer in the first Hunger Games movie or as Clarisse in Percy Jackson: Sea Of Monsters. She's also appeared, though, in recurring roles on shows such as CSI: Miami, One Tree Hill, The Tomorrow People, and Scoundrels. She also played Mark Sloan's daughter Sloan on Grey's Anatomy and was in 167 episodes of All My Children. Parrack, for his part, is probably most well-known for playing Hoyt on True Blood — though he, too, was in an episode of Grey's Anatomy.

This will be Parrack's second marriage — his divorce was finalized in June after getting separated in Sept 2013 — and Rambin's first. You can witness the two together in a video Parrack posted to his instagram July 31 declaring they'd be taking a two-week sabbatical from the Interwebs. By far the best part of the video is the many hashtags in its caption:

#Eyecontact, y'all.
