She Might Be Getting the Mother of All Pay Days

by Nicole Fabian-Weber

As any good Housewives fan knows, it's been widely reported that Jacqueline Laurita will be returning to The Real Housewives of New Jersey this season. Although the initial filming of the season has been shot, the cast and crew are planning on picking back up to capture the drams of Teresa and Joe Giudice's sentencing — and Laurita will be a part of said drams. Here's the thing, though: if Laurita decides to return to the show full-time, she'll be the recipient of one seriously large paycheck. Radar Online is reporting that Jacqueline will make an astounding $850,000 if she comes back to RHONJ as a cast member. Yes, that would make her the highest paid lady on the show. And, yes, that's almost a million dollars. (And, yes, it's okay if you just got the impulsive desire to use your college diploma as kindling.)

Thus far, the season of New Jersey has been luke-warm entertainment at best. (I mean, seriously, how much can we take of the twins?) But $850,000? Seriously? Of course, this is just a rumor, but if there's a shred of truth to this and Laurita is getting paid close to this — what? I enjoy Jacqueline just as much as the next fan, but not sure I'd price her out just shy of a million bucks.

To be honest, I think I'd like to see more of Rosie.
