When Is Fifth Harmony's Album Debuting?

by Caitlyn Callegari

Despite the eldest member of this virtuoso girl group being merely 21, Fifth Harmony is absolutely killin' it. I mean, performing live at the VMAs is no easy feat, but no matter how difficult and nerve-wracking that must be, simply being asked to perform at the hallowed pop culture event is an accomplishment in and of itself. And, let's keep in mind that these five girls have only been around since 2012 when they joined forces on The X Factor. In that short time span they've been plotting their takeover of our ears and hearts with their angelic voices and bubbly personalities. But, despite the girls' popularity with their covers and singles, they haven't released their first studio album yet. So, when is Fifth Harmony releasing their album? Much sooner than you might think!

Fifth Harmony's first and much anticipated album, Reflection, is set to debut on Oct. 14. So Harmonizers, that means you can all rejoice in having your own copy to sing along to (albeit just a little late) for the impending school year. You'd think that the girls would be too busy touring the country with the likes of Demi Lovato, Cher Lloyd, and Austin Mahone, to record a full length album, but these mavens-in-training have got it all under control.

In an interview with The Wall Street Journal , band member Camila Cabello spoke about the feel of the upcoming album, despite having already released two singles from it, "Bo$$ and "Miss Movin' On." Cabello said that the album will be "more urban and bolder" than the group's previously released music. If Simon Cowell's influence on Fifth Harmony is any indication, they're headed in the right direction and regardless of the slight tweak in sound, I'm sure that this album is going to be quite a hit.
