Politicker grilled the NYC mayoral candidates on one critical question: Have they ever smoked pot? Three squeaky clean candidates insisted that they'd never touched marijuana in their lives. Christine Quinn, Bill de Blasio, Bill Thompson, and Joe Lhota, however, all confessed to having "tried" it in their youth. Anthony Weiner had no comment, which based on his record, tends to mean yes.

In other mayoral news, Bill de Blasio has surprised everyone by rising to the top of the polls, a feat which is being widely attributed to his new campaign ad featuring his 15-year-old son. With Christine Quinn as the second frontrunner, maybe all that youthful pot-smoking didn't do so much harm after all!
