Watch Real Lesbians React to Lesbian Porn

by Maya M

We all know that society is obsessed with lesbian sex. From this year's Blue Is the Warmest Color to Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis' sex scene in Black Swan , all the way back to Angelina Jolie and Elizabeth Mitchel's historic, sexy fun in Gia, lesbian sex is a source of fascination and excitement in pop culture. But what happens when you ask some real lesbians to judge lesbian depictions of sex from actual porn? You get a hilarious video of REAL lesbians reacting to lesbian porn and determining that, well, it isn't really lesbian porn at all.

Let me explain. Even though the porn these women are watching contains two women having sex (or at least trying to have sex), it often caters pretty specifically to male desires and depicts what men want to see out of porn rather than what gay women would find appealing. For example, lets talk about scissoring. If you're a lady who has had sex with another lady you will know that it is INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT to scissor. You have to be extremely well coordinated, have some serious core strength and hand balancing skills, and a lot of patience to finally fit everything into place. When you've finally figured it out, it's pretty hard to make the whole situation worth it — nothing gets particularly stimulated and I've never heard of an orgasm as a result of only scissoring. But porn seems to think that scissoring is literally ALL lesbians ever want to do. Yeah, no.

Check out the whole video here and learn about some other things that confuse lesbians about porn supposedly about them.
