Suki Waterhouse Designs Capsule Superga Collection

Here's yet another reason to trade in your boots and heels for sneakers as your shoe of choice this fall: Suki Waterhouse and Superga have teamed up to create a capsule collection designed (and modeled) by the star herself. As you may have assumed, it's just as gorgeous as she is. The 22-year-old model and It girl teamed up with the Italian footwear brand to design three exclusive flatform shoes that will come in pastel blue, burgundy, silver and green.

The collection, which is set to launch on October 8, was modeled by the designer herself in a very '60s, mod-inspired photo shoot. Waterhouse paired her Supergas with understated, minimalistic ensembles consisting of simple silhouettes, high necklines and classic patterns. She reminds me of a cross between Brigitte Bardot and Audrey Hepburn — elegant, yet sexy, with just enough of a tomboy touch.

"I really enjoyed creating for the brand and adding a piece of myself into the designs. I hope that everyone loves them as much as I enjoyed making them," said Waterhouse. She also credited her time in Paris as the biggest inspiration for when she was designing the sneakers. Waterhouse told Vogue. "I was in Paris over that time, so ideas came from shop windows and my experience there. It was a really interesting process, I learnt a lot." She also revealed her strange, but resourceful approach. "I spent a lot of time putting paper over my laptop screen and tracing things for inspiration, that bit was tricky."

Some of the shoes from her collection are available to purchase on the site right now. They range in price from $72 to $96. Not too shabby.
