Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, reigning queens of comedy (and of our hearts), are being courted yet again to take their rightful place as Golden Globes hosts. They have not been officially offered the spots yet, however, and they are very busy ladies. Nothing has as of yet been officially signed, and no one's yet said yes. It is our job, as citizens of this ravaged world, to ensure that everything goes according to plan and that they are back on that stage come winter.

Become a Smart Girl

Amy Poehler is just in general a shining beacon in this world, with her natural effervescence and her mischievous cackle. Her inspiration meter is increased tenfold by her part in spearheading the awesome organization Smart Girls At The Party. You may recognize parts of what the organization puts out — specifically the web series Ask Amy , in which Poehler gives advice to young girls about how to be their most self-actualized selves. It's adorable and hilarious and even helps us more grown girls to feel better about ourselves and the world.

So basically, you should be watching this anyway. So help us out in our quest: Go watch a few videos, make a few comments, and drop a few subtle hints that you'd like to see Poehler make some more jokes about sandwiches at the next Golden Globes.

Send CBS a Thousand Lemons

Maybe some lemons with glasses drawn on. Or Knope 2012 buttons. Or Pawnee postcards. Sarah Palin glasses. You get the picture.

After all, worked to save Jericho from cancellation when fans sent peanuts way back when. So why not use it to force CBS's hand once again? They network is already obviously leaning toward it — maybe they just need a push in the right direction.

Spike the DVD & Download Sales for Tina Fey's Movies

This very well might be a special snowflake syndrome of some sort, but I feel like everybody ignores Tina Fey's movies except for me. I've heard so many people throw shade at Baby Mama, but lemme tell you: That film's a good time. In fact, so are all of Fey's movies. They can't all be The Greatest Film of Our Time. So c'mon, people, let's give the creator of Liz Lemon and Cady Heron some of our appreciation and go buy up a ton of her movies. You've got some options: There's the aforementioned Baby Mama, but there's also Date Night and Admission. The latter includes watching her fall in love with Paul Rudd, who's had a perfect face since Clueless.

Get 'Parks and Rec' Some Awesome Ratings

Can you tell I'm a Parks and Rec fan? But really though, the best way to spell out to CBS and the world that we mean business is to support our ladies in all their television endeavors. Since 30 Rock is sadly no longer with us and Fey's new shows just entering the development stage, Poehler it is. And don't act like it's some big chore — Parks is definitely one of the most delightful shows television's had in a very long time.

Anyone know anyone with a Nielsen box?

Get Some Hashtags Trending

Neither Tina or Amy have Twitter accounts, but we could still make it count. #TinaAmyGoldenGlobesPlease or something else polite like that might grab the attention of CBS, and maybe even the ladies' publicists. Maybe they'll pass on the news of how eager we are to see them host again.

Campaign for Amy to Get Her (Long Overdue) Emmy

When Tina Fey won the Golden Globe last year for her work as Liz Lemon in 30 Rock, she screamed, "But what about Amy?!" to her table before she headed towards the stage. Like true friends, the duo roots for each other even when it means not winning something themselves. Amy Poehler plays an iconic character in Parks and Rec's Leslie Knope, and it's about time she was rewarded for it. Emmy ballots are due in just a few days, but it's not too late to let the world know who you want to win that Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series statuette. Tweet, tumbl, write about it, etc. You can bet she'll do something awesome the night of the awards either way, but it'd be really great to see what she has to say on the stage following a win.
