The 8 Most Stylish Moms-To-Be Ever

The celebrity gossip world is ablaze this morning, but luckily it's good news: former Gossip Girl/Traveling Pants-wearer Blake Lively and world-renowned/super stylish model Coco Rocha both announced their pregnancies today. And, as you might expect, both revealed their news in fabulously dramatic fashion — Lively announced hers on her new lifestyle website via a gorgeous photograph. Rocha, on the other hand, made the announcement on her heavily-followed social media accounts with a gorgeously-shot video of her revolving on a runway in a nude bodysuit (sounds weird, but it was actually quite cool).

Anyway, both mothers-to-be are known for their sense of style, and I'm very excited to see how they tackle their maternity wardrobes. Yeah, of course looking chic shouldn't have to be at the top of every mom-to-be's mind, but Lively's sure to be one of the most glamorous moms around, while Rocha will probably rock an ultra-high fashion pregnancy (especially if this Stella McCartney jumpsuit is any indication). Their styles are very different, but I'm sure they'll both have an awesome take on maternity wear.

Well, as such, here's a list of recent mothers of varying styling persuasions. We've got you covered from body-con bump watch (ahem, Olivia Wilde) to laid-back chic (guess who? Hint: she recently started a lifestyle site, but she's not Blake Lively or Gwyneth Paltrow), to rocker mom (hello former No Doubt frontwoman!).

1. Zoe Saldana

Gorgeous, right? Zoe Saldana's fashion has always been on point, but this is really something special.

2. Eva Chen

I don't think anyone had/is having a more fashionable pregnancy that Lucky Magazine Editor in Chief, Eva Chen. I mean, she attended all four fashion weeks and still looked amazing every day, with her bump as her best accessory.

3. Gwen Stefani

Gwen has a pretty unique ability, in that she can make acid green ombre leopard maternity fashion look like the height of cool. The Old Hollywood styling certainly doesn't hurt!

4. Kate Middleton

The Duchess of Windsor here probably had one of the most well-documented pregnancies, ever — and she dressed accordingly.

5. Beyoncé

We talked about how Rocha and Live found pretty dramatic ways to announce their pregnancies, but Beyoncé has pretty much everyone beat. We should all wear purple sequined tuxedos whilst telling the world that we're expecting.

6. Jessica Alba

Fab as purple sequins are, I was also always a fan of Alba's more-relaxed take on pregnancy.

7. Jennifer Garner

She's kind of the epitome of a radiant expecting mother — pitch perfect, right?

8. Olivia Wilde

I never really thought "glittery dragon" and "baby bump" could coexist in one sentence until I saw this dress.

There are so many directions for Lively and Rocha to go — and whether it's toned down day wear like Alba or fashion editor chic like Eva Chen, it looks like they can't really go wrong.
