She's Got All the Holiday Outfit Inspo You Need

I know, I know — Halloween hasn't even happened yet, so why am I talking about Christmas? Blame it on Selena Gomez, whose red satin Dior dress (h/t to Refinery 29) has me craving eggnog and daydreaming about evergreen trees. Too soon, Selena, too soon.

The former Disney star/possibly current (who can keep up????) Belieber stepped out in a red hot minidress for the premiere of her new film, Rudderless. My god she looked amazing. I mean, Gomez has been killing it on the red carpet these days and I've been a fan of her personal style for awhile now. But this dress is next level. It's got everything: bright, Christmas-y red satin with a plunging neckline and short-sculpted skirt. This is what I always want to look like at holiday parties.

Gomez also gets some serious bonus points for how well she styled this look. She allowed the show-stopping dress to take center stage by scooping her luscious locks into a low bun, accessorizing with a glitzy bangle and sparkly earrings, and opting for non-distracting black pumps with edgy transparent details on her feet. A++ evening wear.

This holiday season, leave the ugly reindeer sweater at home and take a page from Selena's book. A clingy LRD in a thoroughly modern cut is definitely the way to go at the annual office shindig and your best friend's Chrismukkah potluck. Maybe pull out that ugly sweater for the family Christmas Eve dinner, though.
