The perfect Halloween playlist? … A Halloween party without the right tunes is more horrifying than a werewolf under a full moon, or a celebrity “unknowingly” wearing a deeply offensive Halloween costume. Thankfully, I’ve put together the start of a perfect Halloween playlist — a mix of old and new dance tunes and creepy grooves to keep your party screaming all night.

Even though life isn’t like She’s All That and everyone will not magically know the same choreographed dance number at the party, there are plenty of songs in the playlist with memorable and easy-to-learn moves. If Michael J. Fox can shake it as Teen Wolf, so can you.

Halloween is the time of year when the best movies keep you up at night, you can dress like Benedict Cumberbatch and no one bats an eye, and when loading up on bite-size chocolate is a reasonable daily event. It’s essentially the best holiday there is, and it deserves only the best parties.
