Proof that Dandy from 'AHS' is Blaine from 'Glee'

You know what I like most about Twitter? It lets you know that you're not alone. Like, for instance, when you're live tweeting American Horror Story: Freakshow and you make an astute (if I do say so myself) observation that Dandy Mott very closely resembles that of Blaine Anderson from Glee and none of your friends retweet you or even favorite it. Why? Because they're a bunch of Jerks. Or, maybe just because they just don't have a preoccupation with Glee like you do (whatever). But then, days later, when you're retweeted by a complete stranger who you've realized has also retweeted countless others who have noticed the same striking resemblances between the two characters, you're instantly, gratifyingly justified. And OK, yeah, slightly miffed you're not as original as you thought.

But, I owe you fellow Glee and American Horror Story over thinkers. Because now that I know I'm not alone in this line of thinking, I can confidently explain exactly why you and I both feel this way to the rest of the unenlightened world...or like, fans of the show and my friends (same thing, right?). Anyhow, I'll kindly step off my soap box and line up the evidence that Dandy is just a twisted, bizarro version of Blaine.

FIRST, LET'S ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BOTH FINN WITTROCK AND DARREN CRISS ARE HELLA HANDSOME AND SORT OF RESEMBLE EACH OTHER

Now, on to their characters:

THE OVERUSE OF HAIR GEL

In Blaine's defense, at least he doesn't curl his front bangs.

THE SOUL PIERCING EYES

Except, ya know, Blaine's harbor a lot less sadism. I think.

THE STRONG BROW GAME

To. Die. For.

THE COLLARED SHIRTS

One collar is never enough. And apparently neither is a sensible, powder blue jacket.

THEIR AFFINITY FOR MUSICAL THEATER

So very melodramatic, you two.

THEIR ABILITY TO LOOK LIKE THE "WORRIED FACE" EMOJI

See??????

THEIR PENCHANT FOR SPEAKING LIKE AN ETIQUETTE COACH

Do they read from a dictionary or something? Are they newscasters?!

THEIR UNABASHED OVER CONFIDENCE

...And feel most at home in a group of performing misfits.
