You Can Now Dress Like Your Favorite Vine Star

by Tess Yocom

Well, it looks like Vine is officially taking over the world. The social media platform has expanded from our iPhones to the mall. Aeropostale has teamed up with teen Viner stars Nash Grier, Hayes Grier, Cameron Dallas, and Carter Reynolds to launch their own fashion line —t he UNITED XXVI Collection.

The collection features $13-20 tees that reflect each Vine star’s personality, from a giant photo of a cat to multiple pairs of eyes. The best part? Even though they're designed by dudes, and technically sorted into girls and boys, all the designs are basically unisex. Looks like we’ll be making a stop at Aéropostale for a few Christmas gifts.

“Designing a collection with Aéropostale was completely surreal,” Grier said in a press release. “Having the freedom to infuse our personal styles into our very own clothing collection was not only an entirely new experience for us, but a great way to connect with a brand we have all been huge fans of for quite some time.”

Let’s be honest — t shirts are the best part of anyone’s wardrobe. They’re comfortable, versatile, and can be dressed up with a cute skirt and tights or down with leggings and boots. Plus, I'm stoked to see that brands are starting to shape girls and guys tees the same, instead of that weird slim fit that used to take over the women's department.

It’s also great to see Aéropostale hop on the social media star band wagon. Vine, YouTube, and Instagram are huge parts of our lives — and yes, they’ve helped launch a few celebrities (looking at you, Glozell.) If they’re becoming well-known figures in our lives, why not collaborate with them?

The line is currently available in Aéropostale stores and on aeropostale.com.
