A New Kardashian Kollection Launches This Week

by Alexa Tucker

Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian are back in headlines this week (well, still in headlines — they didn't really ever leave?) The reality stars are launching their fifth Kardashian Kollection line for UK retailer Lipsy on Wednesday, and I'll be honest, it's looking good so far. The girls' newest pieces won't be available online and in stores till October 29, but we've already been treated to some snaps from the girly-chic photo shoot.

The fall/winter "kollection" has 20 items in the lineup, including sexy LBDs, ladies night-worthy jackets, and body-hugging skirts. They're bringing back the sell-out Kardashian Jumpsuit, too, which Kim's even worn herself. The line also includes a winter coat for the first time, which I am stoked about, because Kim's coat game is always on point.

The campaign was shot by renowned photographer Ellen von Unwerth, and the photos look like they're straight out of a girly-girl's dream. Candy props, carousel horses, and stuffed zoo animals all make appearances in the ads, and they're shot on a baby pink backdrop. The ultra-femme theme is an interesting contrast to the Kardashian's signature sexy clothes.

I'm excited to see the full line when it launches on Wednesday, but I do have one problem: Seriously, is it too much to ask to call it a collection with the generally accepted English spelling of the word? I guess taking every opportunity to replace a C with a K is just part of the Kardashian's plan for world domination — starting with the dictionary.

Check out a few photos from the campaign — I don't know about you, but I spy a camel coat that I am dying over.
