Scott's Struggling With His Parents' Death

This past January, Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Scott Disick went through something no one should ever have to experience all at once, the death of his mom and dad. Both of his parents died at 63 and within months of each other. It's no secret that Disick (who sometimes likes to be called "Lord Disick") is a jokester who likes to have fun, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have feelings or isn't struggling with the loss of his parents. In an exclusive clip released by E! from the upcoming premiere of Kourtney & Khloé Take the Hamptons, Disick gets real and honest by revealing he only sleeps three to four hours a night and that he takes anxiety medication.

As he says in the video clip, he "literally wants to jump out of his skin it's that bad" to escape it all. He also adds, "some people don't get it."

Losing loved ones, especially both of your parents at a young age (Disick is 31), is devastating, and it, sadly, affects a person to the extent of him/her not being to sleep, complete daily tasks, be around people, etc.

For Disick, he manages his grief and anxiety with medication, and he shouldn't be judged for his coping mechanisms, as long he's practicing them safely. Grieving the death of your parents, living in The Hamptons where your parents once resided (which is sure to bring up a lot of memories), and preparing for another child with your longtime partner is a lot to handle. There is no shame in Disick trying to get his emotions in check and get through the day all in one piece.
