New 'AHS: Coven' Teaser Shows Something Different

by Alanna Bennett

"The doors are open," the description for the new teaser for American Horror Story: Coven teases. "Dare to come inside?" Why thank you, American Horror Story, don't mind if we do!

This newest trailer (called "Initiation") is the first one to feature actual members of the actual American Horror Story cast, so if you're looking for new footage you will be disappointed.

If you're looking for bullheaded people lying naked as women in black heels and black hats walk around them, though? You're golden. It's kind of a specific thing to be looking for, though.

The horde of black-heeled ladies (featuring Taissa Farmiga and Gabourey Sidibe) are passing the mysterious bull guy as a means of getting into a house, where they are presumably meeting Sarah Paulson, Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates, and Angela Basset — the latter three who are hovering with long black dresses and masks.

Make of all this what you will — add it to the pile of vague teasers AHS: Coven's released already. The floating witches on stakes, the women on white walls, etc. As the song keeps repeating, "there is a house in New Orleans," and you can bet some creepy-ass stuff is going to go down there come Oct. 5. Possibly involving minotaurs.
