Zhang Ziyi's 10 Best Cannes Looks

Did you catch the fashion at the Golden Horse Awards last week? The ladies were seriously on point, and guess who was leading the charge? Zhang Ziyi, of course. And looking at her absolutely flawlessly styled J. Mendel number (paired with a sleek bun, some serious statement earrings and killer winged liner), got me thinking... Is there anyone who has better Cannes game than Ms. Zhang here? I don't think so.

Back in 2013, she was one of the jurors, and that was definitely her time to shine — that year, she trotted out look after showstopping look (I'm personally still not over the crazy-pants floral Dior number she wore — and the jaw-droppingly regal Carolina Herrera gown wasn't half-bad, either), but her history with Cannes goes far back: She made her first appearance at the festival back in 2005 to promote Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, and she's been turning out fabulous outfits ever since (some egregiously 2000-era prom-style dresses notwithstanding). She's made intermittent appearances from then until now, amassing quite the portfolio of gorgeous gowns.
