These Lucky Students Got To Draw Coco

by Rosie Narasaki

Do you remember how supermodel Coco Rocha co-wrote a book with fashion photographer Stephen Sebring a few months back? Well, for a quick recap, it's called Study of Pose and contains over 2,000 pages of her most creative poses — and rather fittingly, she's been busy promoting it in some of the most interesting ways possible.

She made waves back in October by challenging the world to a "pose-off:" She challenged just about every person she encountered on her press tour — from Canadian morning show hosts, to fashion giants like Zac Posen, to surprisingly gifted magazine editors (I'm looking at you, Cameron Williamson, of Flare Magazine ). She also made a quick hashtag contest over Twitter and Instagram, encouraging her fans to strut their stuff.

The pose-off was super entertaining (I'm still not over Cameron Williamson's majestic pose), and her latest press move might be even better: She offered highly coveted modeling chops to a form drawing event at Parsons the New School for Design, where she was drawn by over 100 students, alumni, and faculty. Cool, right? She posed for a couple hours, and went on to make the bid out to her almost 900k followers on Instagram that she'd be doing a public book signing after the event was over.

Looks like fun was had all around!
