Strapless Undies To Help You Nail That Jenner Look

by Erin Mayer

Remember when Kendall Jenner wore a dress with slits up to there to the Much Music Video Awards and everyone was like "How...?" I have the answer... strapless panties. Yes, they exist. Yes, they are terrifying. But I imagine they'd come in handy on the rare occasion that you need to flash some serious hipbone.

The Shibue Strapless Panty, created by designer Jenny Beuttner, is basically a triangle of fabric that attaches to your nether regions with silicon adhesive. According to Fast Company, "Shibue Strapless Panties have become the undergarment of choice for models at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week," due to their panty line-minimizing effects. Labels such as Hugo Boss, Katie Stern by Venexiana, and Hervé Léger by Max Azria have used the undergarment on their runways.

These are definitely a little weird looking, but they're also kind of genius. I have a hard time believing they'd be comfy enough to wear with your jeans on a daily basis, but for squeezing into a knock off Herve Léger body con (come on, I know you've got one!) or similarly tight special occasion dress? Perfect! At $15-$18 a pop, they're also quite affordable. Just don't let anyone catch you with your pants off, lest they flee in terror.
