Justin Bieber, who was recently cleared in his hit-and-run case, is only one of many celebrities with car issues. Many young stars have been responsible for car accidents, DUIs, and hit-and-runs. So which celebrities should head straight back to the DMV? Here's a list of young stars with terrible driving records, from bad to worst.

Justin Bieber, who was recently cleared in his hit-and-run case, is only one of many celebrities with car issues. Many young stars have been responsible for car accidents, DUIs, and hit-and-runs. So which celebrities should head straight back to the DMV? Here's a list of young stars with terrible driving records, from bad to worst.
Khloe Kardashian
Kardashian was slapped with a DUI in 2007. While there is no excuse for getting behind the wheel intoxicated, it seems the mistake was a wake-up call for the reality star. She served her time (okay, three hours) in jail and took the appropriate alcohol education classes. And, ever since, Kardashian has steered clear of trouble. (Just not the cameras.)
Justin Bieber
If The Biebs is out to be a more mature musical artist, then perhaps he should stop driving like a reckless teen. He's made headlines after being chased by paparazzi pursuing photos, but it wasn't recently that he was accused of a hit-and-run when he allegedly pinned a paparazzo between his Ferrari and another vehicle. According to reports, Bieber will be cleared of any wrong-doing (he didn't know that he hit anyone), but we still wouldn't want to be near his car on the road. Baby, baby, no!
Nicole Richie
In 2006, Nicole Richie was pulled over while driving on the freeway... in the wrong direction. Luckily, it seems that the incident was a real wake-up call. Since her arrest, the star has gotten her act together and has been in the public eye for mostly positive reasons.
Lindsay Lohan
Linday's no stranger to reckless driving behavior. In 2007, Linday's car hit the curb of a nightclub. She was arrested for a DUI. That didn't stop Linday from causing up other car issues — Lohan was arrested after allegedly engaging in a car chase with the mother of her former personal assistant later that same month. Then, in 2012, Lohan was hospitalized after hitting a dump trunk on the Santa Monica Freeway. A plea deal kept her out of jail following the crash, but sent her straight into rehab.
Amanda Bynes
Bynes' issues on the road have certainly taken a backseat to some of her other, more public problems. That's not to say that the former actress doesn't have a history of terrible (and reckless) driving. From April to August 2012, Bynes was involved in four separate hit-and-run accidents. And that's before the whole "eating-tacos-and-smoking-pot-while-driving" incident. If you see this girl on the freeway, consider getting off at the nearest exit.
