This is perfection. After winning a People’s Choice Award for Friends in 200, a few of the beloved cast members posed for photos — and you’ll see that Aniston isn’t the only one who loves black.

The dress Aniston chose to wear to the 2001 People’s Choice Awards is so simple, but the low neckline adds the perfect amount of sauciness. And, if you look closely, you’ll see that her fingernails are black as well. Also, that cross necklace…

Because all black is OK if a leather skirt is involved. And if your (then) husband wears the same thing.

Here, Aniston shows that even a classic, all-black, two piece red carpet look can be daring. At the 2002 Golden Globe awards, Aniston turned heads while still wearing her classic black blazer — but without anything underneath it. She paired it with a black maxi skirt, because a girl can only show so much skin.

Personally, I think Aniston was being nice for not wearing a bright color at the opening day of Wimbledon. I’m sure she just didn’t want to distract from the game. But, really, I can’t explain what’s happening to her shirt…

Fitting into the weather down under, Aniston wore a strapless, sequined dress to the premiere of The Break Up in Sydney, Australia. It may not be as comfortable as I would like to be watching a movie, but she rocks the heck out of all that sparkle.

Not only did she wow fans with her Oscar acceptance speech for Friends, but Aniston also made headlines for wearing a silver necklace (instead of gold) with her long, sheer dress to the ceremony. I love the flow and, honestly, I think any other color would have been too much.

I’ve never really understood why celebrities are expected to dress up for movie premieres. They’re literally about to watch a movie. If it were me, I would be in sweats with Swedish Fish hidden in my oversized purse. The ever-brilliant Aniston, however, found a genius way to balance comfort and red carpet-ready wear — in her signature black, of course. This black, silky pantsuit is perfection.

Holy crap she’s perfect. Out of all my options, (which, trust me, extend beyond this list) this dress Jen wore to another Just Go With It premiere in Germany, is one of the top. Between the ruffles, sheer back, and windswept hair, the entire look is amazing.

Aniston, again, is feeding my logic for wearing comfortable clothes to movie premieres. Also, she’s proving that black is classic internationally. To the premier in Germany, Aniston wore a classic, stretchy LBD with black tights, black shoes and a long, gold necklace.

In the movie, Aniston played a stripper-turned-mother. This black, sensual dress kind of fits the role perfectly. It’s classically black, but is spruced up a bit with the fit and the cut-out.

Once again, Aniston proves that leather can be classy. Very, very classy.

Aniston is wearing Yves St. Laurent with such confidence (look at those hands on her hips!), but the dress is more than just black. It is a form-fitting empire waist with a daring slit.
