11 Adorable Pictures Of the 'Parks and Rec' Cast Celebrating Its 100th Episode

NBC's underrated/underwatched/underpromoted/underawarded/underdog comedy Parks and Recreation celebrated a milestone recently when the series' 100th episode was filmed. Last month, series creator Mike Schur told Splitsider that he and star Amy Poeher were writing the 100th episode together, which will air as the 10th episode of this season in late November.

To mark the occasion, the cast had a party, and — just as you'd expect from a group that includes Poehler, Rashida Jones, Aziz Ansari and Chris Pratt — it was the cutest, happiest celebration ever. From the awesome cake (trust us, you'll want to click ahead) to all of the hugs, you can't help but to wish you were there alongside Pawnee's happiest citizens.

Here are some of the party's best, most jealousy-inducing photos.

Let's All Move to Pawnee

The Cake

No Pawnee party, or day in Leslie Knope's life, is complete without waffles. The 100th episode cake was an impressive model of a breakfast table (presumably at JJ's Diner), complete with waffles, syrup, and a Pawnee coffee mug. (Sorry, Walt Jr. — this one's not for you.)

A Leslie Knope Creation

Staying true to her character's love for all things sweet and sugary, Poehler added some whipped cream to the waffle cake. You know, for realism.

More Whipped Cream

And of course Adam Scott has to get in on the action. That is what Leslie would want Ben to do, after all.

Forget the Marvel Diet

Pratt may have lost a bunch of weight and gained a bunch of muscle for his Guardians of the Galaxy role, but he can still enjoy a classic Pawnee breakfast — or breakfast-shaped treat.

Pawnee's BFFs

We're really upset over Jones and Rob Lowe being written off the show midway through this season, but based on this picture, the actors are feeling it much worse. Look at how happy they all are together! That midseason finale is going to be a doozy.

Knope We Can

If Poehler made a speech, everyone there definitely cried — either of laughter or sadness.

A Rare Sight

Is that Ron Swanson actually smiling? There must've been some bacon he could smell in the distance.

An Even Rarer Site

Wait, now April is smiling... and even clapping? What a party!

Schur Gets in Front of the Camera Again

If you don't recognize the guy cutting the cake with Poehler, it's because he's usually behind the camera. Schur is the creator and executive producer of Parks. Any fan of The Office, however, would definitely recognize him — he not only served as executive producer and writer on The Office, but played Dwight's cousin, Mose, as well.

TV's Best Cast

When you look at all of them together, like this, how could you deny that Parks and Recreation has the best cast on television? So now our only question is: When will the Emmys recognize that too?
