Willow Shields Is The Girl On Fire On 'DWTS'

Who would have known that a 14 year old would be crushing the Dancing With the Stars competition? But that's exactly what Willow Shields just did on DWTS with her fire and ice themed paso doble. Dressed in a fiery costume worthy of the Girl on Fire herself, Katniss Everdeen, Willow overcame a ribcage injury to stun the judges with her talent yet again.

"Every single week you have improved beyond belief," Julianne Hough gushed after the intense dance. Fellow judge Carrie Ann Inaba was all praise as well. "I don't think we need to talk about your age any more because when you get on the stage you are a seasoned performer."

All four of the judges were impressed with the Mockingjay star, giving her a 32 out of 40 and putting her right up there with frontrunners Rumer Willis and Riker Lynch. It's clear that Willow Shields is going to be one to beat this season, and I'm so impressed with her talent. I also loved the nod to her movie role with her firey costume. She looked just like her onscreen big sis Katniss Everdeen and even judge Bruno Tonioli appreciated the reference. "My little Mockingjay is catching fire!" he said when her performance was over.

If Katniss could see Prim now, she'd be so proud of her little sister and her abundance of talent. Willow Shields is destined for greatness, and I'm sure she's going to keep burning up the competition week after week.
