Jenna Bush Hager Is Pregnant Again

by Jenny Hollander

In an adorable video featured on the Today show Monday morning, Jenna Bush Hager announced she's pregnant with her second child — a little sister for Mila, who turns two in April. The Today segment, on which Hager is a correspondent, saw viewers vote for Hager's next "big adventure," from paragliding to riding a skycoaster. Hager then shared a video with Mila, who sat on her mom's lap, repeating, "Baby sissy!"

Hager is 20 weeks pregnant, according to People, and Mila's baby sister is due in August. On choosing to find out the baby's sex, Hager told People:

We didn’t find out with Mila and we were convinced she was a boy, to the point that we painted the nursery a pale blue. And it was a girl! We were thrilled, but shocked. So with the second, we decided to find out.

Hager added to People that she'd told her parents, ex-president George W. Bush and First Lady Laura Bush, the day after Christmas. "Grammy and Jefe," as Mila calls them, are "thrilled' about the new addition to the family, Hager said. Before sharing her home video on Today, Hager appeared on the show to chat about her "next big adventure"; after the big reveal was announced, Hager hugged her coworkers, who presented her with flowers and a T-shirt for Mila reading "Little Sister."
