Jena Malone Slays In Sheer At Coachella

While most celebs bring us fringe-y and flow-y for their Coachella festival fashion style inspo, Jena Malone went music fest glam at Jeremy Scott's Moschino Coachella Party in Bermuda Dunes last night. The party brought out tons of his fashion all-star pals like Katy Perry, Alexa Chung, and Haim; but the Hunger Games star was serving up style inspo on another level in her sheer maxi dress. Seriously, Cinna could only dream of something so perfect for any of The Tributes' Capitol fashion.The slinky, form-fitted dress from For Love and Lemons featured a mini tank dress under a sheer black, maxi-length tulle layer accented by colorfully embroidered abstract birds of paradise.

While that might seem a little too fancy for a desert pool party, Malone kept everything else toned down and casual with strapppy black slingback flats, a studded bright yellow shoulder bag, and wrists full of festival passes. Alexa Chung also sported similar shoes, so grab a pair now to be ahead of what's sure to be a cool-girl trend this summer. Her pulled-back hair and minimal, dewy makeup was the perfect way to keep things airy and chic, instead of looking gaudy or overdone among the chill crowd.

This outfit and Jena's artsy Instagram are the perfect example of why I need more of Jena and her hip — yet accessible — style in my life. Her tailored, classic feminine look with hints of '50s and '70s vintage influence (and flair for crop tops and daring cutouts) is definitely one to watch and be inspired by.
