Check Out Anthropologie's New Capsule Collection

by Jamie Cuccinelli

Nothing says "summer is coming" more than long, flowy, softly glamorous dresses. Luckily, Australian designer, Collette Dinnigan collaborated with Anthropologie on a getaway-inspired, limited edition capsule collection. These are basically the only pieces you could need for the perfect summer wardrobe.

Collette Dinnigan has been doling out her bold and feminine wears to the likes of Nicole Kidman and Kate Middleton since 1990, when she launched her first lingerie collection, before becoming the first Australian to show a ready-to-wear collection in Paris. Now, her creations are making their way to the dream shelves of Anthropologie stores. The capsule collection is made up of five pieces and breezy patterns, inspired by summer getaways. "I love to travel, so it was fun to capture the spirit of these exotic destinations," Dinnigan told InStyle. "It's like wearing a piece of a holiday that you don't even have to go on!"

The exquisite, artistic prints in the collection are reminiscent of the white sands of Bondi Beach, the pink flamingos of the Turks and Caicos Islands, the seas of Australia's Great Barrier Reef, and sunsets on the beach. Made up of maxi dresses, midi frocks, and a silky blouse, the collection will be available at Anthropologie stores and online starting on May 22nd. But you can check out all of the beautiful pieces below — go ahead, start formulating that summer shopping list!
