Sienna Miller Is On-Theme At The Met Ball

by Erin Mayer

I associate Sienna Miller with three things: Edie Sedgwick (because she played her in a movie), Jude Law (because of that whole nanny thing), and early '00s boho style (because she practically invented it). Although the actress took a break from the spotlight for awhile, she's been back promoting some recent film roles, covering Vogue, and debuting a super polished new look. I've been super into Miller's still-boho but very 2015 sartorial choices (not to mention her awesome bob haircut), and so I've been anxiously awaiting Sienna Miller's Met Gala look for tonight.

The actress has previously impressed on the red carpet of the CFDA/Metropolitan Museum of Art's big event — remember her spiked biker jacket layered over a white gown at 2013's "Punk: Chaos to Couture" ball? — but her style has also matured ten-fold since her early days in the spotlight. Miller opted for a sparkly red jumpsuit and matching spangled jacket by Thakoon with dangly black fringe earrings and a deep red box clutch at the Met Gala tonight, creating a polished and utterly modern look.

The top was extremely low-cut, showing off a hint of side-boob, and her jumpsuit also featured a wide black belt with intricately braided tassels.
