Tom Hiddleston, Leonardo DiCaprio, & 9 More Celebs Who Are Super Close With Their Moms

Celebrities might be known for their fellow celebrity BFFs, but did you know there are also many stars who are super close with their mothers? Just as thrilling as it is to see celebs bonding with other big names, like Taylor Swift and her huge list of best friends, it's lovely to see famous faces who consider their moms their best friends. Does it get more awesome than that?

Here are 11 celebrities who are close with their moms, because, yes, some celebs are just that amazing.

Beyoncé

When you think of a mother-daughter duo, your mind probably goes to Beyoncé and Tina Knowles. Not only has Tina had a huge impact on her daughter’s career, but they’ve become the best of friends. As Beyoncé wrote in a letter to her mother, she said she is what she is because of Tina. Plus, she wrote, “Now that I am a mother, I truly realize all the sacrifices you made for us. My love for you goes beyond what I can say.”

Bradley Cooper

There’s no doubt that Bradley Cooper and his mom, Gloria Campano, are true besties. Not only does Cooper usually bring his mom as his date to major events, like the Oscars, but he also had this to say about her: “She’s a cool chick. We can hang, and she can roll with the punches. I love having her. I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

Taylor Swift

Fans love Taylor Swift’s mom, Andrea Finlay, as much as they love the popular singer. The two share a close bond and have stood by one another through thick and thin, like when Swift announced her mom had cancer. Their closeness really shined during the 2014 ACM Awards, when Finlay presented Swift with the Milestone Award. Also, if Swift buying her mom a house doesn’t say, “Mom, you’re the best and deserve everything,” then I don’t know what does.

The Kardashians

You might not like the Kardashians or their reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, but there’s no denying that Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall, Kylie, and Rob, are super tight with Kris Jenner. In addition to managing her children’s careers, Jenner and her kids pretty much do everything together, including family vacations.

Kate Hudson

Yes, Kate Hudson and Goldie Hawn are the spitting image of one another, and they are also best friends. Plus, anyone who claims that they can see dead people together, well, they must have a close-knit relationship that not just anyone can have. If that isn’t proof enough that Hudson and Hawn are an adorable mother-daughter duo, then how about the fact that Hudson learned how to live a fun life, be optimistic, and now can bond with Hawn about being a mom?

Tom Hiddleston

Hiddlestoners, ‘gather round, because here’s an adorable moment about Tom Hiddleston and his mother. Hiddleston once said told Elle UK the following about his mom: “I believe in the strength and intelligence and sensitivity of women. My mother, my sisters [they] are strong. My mum is a strong woman and I love her for it.” I didn’t think it was possible to love this man even more, but I was wrong.

Drake

Did you know that Drake and his mom are super close? Yep, the musician loves his mother more than anything. Not only did Drake cancel his 2014 tour to be with his sick mom, but he also credits her for everything. He once said, “My mother is an incredible woman.” He added, ”She’s brought me to this point single-handedly…She’s the most important person in my life.”

Justin Timberlake

Now that Justin Timberlake is a dad to Silas Randall Timberlake, I bet he is even closer with his mom. Timberlake considers his mom his BFF, which makes him that much more amazing. He revealed in 2010, “We’re best friends — she’s a very special woman. She’s been so supportive. She’s partly the reason why I have so much respect for women. I’m never going to find someone as good as my mother, am I? Maybe that’s why I have such problems with girls.”

Ellen DeGeneres

If you watch Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show, then you probably know her mom, Betty DeGeneres. The two adore one another and Ellen can’t help but talk up her mom whenever she gets the chance. The same goes for Betty, who told Boston Spirit magazine in 2012 about Ellen coming out: “She cried when she told me, because she didn’t know what I would do. And I hugged her, and I thought she’ll suddenly be an object of discrimination and bigotry and that was not okay. But we had a very, very good relationship, a very close relationship, and that helps tremendously.”

Leonardo DiCaprio

Whether Leonardo DiCaprio is gushing about his mom or showcasing his dance skills, how can you not adore this man? Ever since he was a little boy, DiCaprio and his mother have been attached at the hip, which is why he believes he’s so successful. DiCaprio credits his mom for his career and told Access Hollywood, “She supported this little kid who said, ‘I want to be an actor,’ at 12 years old, which is ridiculous, and she drove me to all these auditions. She’s the only reason I’m able to do what I do.”

Jared Leto

When Jared Leto won the Oscar in 2014 for Best Supporting Actor, he took the stage proudly and thanked his mother for being an all-around amazing woman. I think this part of his acceptance speech says it all about their relationship: “In 1971 in Boger City, Louisiana, there was a teenage girl that was pregnant with her second child. She was a high school drop out and a single mom and somehow, she managed to make a better life for herself and for her children…I love you mom, thanks for teaching me to dream.”
