The 25 Craziest Outfits From The Billboard Music Awards, From Fairytale Tulle To Sky-High Thigh Slits

With music award season upon us, it seems only fitting to take a look at the craziest outfits from the Billboard Music Awards. Pop stars never disappoint on the red carpet. Their interesting outfits show off their personality, and while they aren’t always the "best dressed," their outfits are more often than not entertaining and interesting to look at nonetheless. Whether it's pink hair, barely-there dresses, or pet dogs as accessories, one thing's for sure, pop stars are willing to take risks on the red carpet.
