4 Ways To Make Your Partner Orgasm Faster

by Aly Walansky

Lingering, slow sex can be incredibly satisfying, but there's not always time for that. Sometimes it's just about getting in, getting out, and having fun while you are at it. You may love to play around and explore during sex, but sometimes you just want to get to the finish line. So if you want to figure out how to make your partner climax faster, you're probably wondering if there are any tricks you can implement. Actually, there's quite a few, our experts say, for both sexes, and each individual person as well.

And, a lot of that is remembering, sometimes it's a sprint, not a race. "You would be surprised how many women may not prefer the all nighters, it gets sore! Sometimes we prefer the fast track, so don't be embarrassed if you're right there with us," says Dr. Yvonka, Clinical Sexologist behind JasminTV's #sexishealthy campaign.

Practice makes perfect, in love and in sex. Knowing the right buttons to push (so to speak!), spots to linger on, and areas save for later can be a blueprint to orgasmic success. Paying attention to your partner and giving them what they need, but not overdoing it, can take you a long way. But, yes, absolutely there's a few shortcuts you can take to move things along faster!

1. Foreplay

So many people forget about the importance of foreplay! It sets the mood, the mental precedence, the emotional precedence, and the physical one. Play with everything other than the main focus points for some time, work them up, says Dr. Yvonka.

2. Pay attention to the sensitive areas

The head of the penis and the clitoris. Be kind be gentle and be anything else only when they ask for it, says Dr. Yvonka.

3. Let them be in charge of their pleasure

It's their responsibility, not yours. "Ask questions — encourage them to communicate about what they like in a sexy and sensual way, so they are comfortable with it," says Dr. Yvonka.

4. Play with his balls.

If your partner is male and you're giving him a blow job, but feel like he’s taking too long to orgasm… simply engage his balls, says sex expert Dana Myers. "Jiggle them, lick them, fondle and touch them…. trace a W with your tongue from one side down /under/up the middle/down and up to the other side, or try putting one into your mouth at a time. Not only will it get him to orgasm faster, but the orgasm will be stronger, more intense and far more pleasurable," says Myers.
