Ellie Goulding's Bodysuit on ELLE UK

ELLE magazine's body issue is a coveted cover — only the most body positive and healthy female celebrities have scored a spread. So we aren't surprised that Ellie Goulding is on the cover of ELLE UK's body issue. We are, however, surprised she is wearing head-to-toe prints.

I admit, I expected Goulding to be in a more summer-appropriate getup. Think: adorable shorts, a sheer top, maybe a bright, bold bikini top peeking out underneath. Still, I definitely applaud her for being able to werk it in this loud, patterned bodysuit.

I will say, however, that her makeup and hair is on point! Her semi-slicked-back platinum 'do complements her dewy face, which is perfect for warmer months. Her eyes and cheeks have a gorgeous pink rose tint, and she's rocking some serious cheek highlight with a nude pink lip. Slay, girl, slay.

If you follow Goulding on Instagram, you know she's all about staying active. From sunny hikes in LA to whipping up homemade green smoothie "potions," the British singer is all about maintaining a happy and healthy mind, body, and soul. I can't think of a better celeb more deserving of this cover!
