Saturday Night Live has really been hitting home runs lately with their choice of guest hosts (how great was Kerry Washington?), so we can only hope that they'll continue the tradition with the upcoming episodes. They certainly sound promising, so maybe there is some hope after all? Take this Saturday's episode: Judging by Lady Gaga's new Saturday Night Live promos, it might actually be a pretty charming episode.
It helps that the past two times Gaga has appeared on the late-night sketch show, she's been a part of some pretty funny sketches: There was Liquorville, with Justin Timberlake, and the digital short 3-Way with Andy Samberg and, again, Justin Timberlake.
It turns out, Lady Gaga might actually be quite the comedian — and since SNL promos are generally an indicator for how good an episode is going to be, I'm optimistic. For once. What can I say, the bit about Tinkerbell at a minute and 8 seconds in pretty adorable.
You can check out the promos below. Lady Gaga's episode is set to air this Saturday, Nov. 16, at 11:30. After that, the series will welcome Josh Hutcherson to host on Nov. 23. Good hosting decisions, NBC!
