The 'Mother Funders' Cast
Mother's Day may be over, but the drama of parenthood is just beginning on Bravo. The new reality series Mother Funders premieres June 14 at 9 p.m. The series will take you inside a fierce Parent Teacher Organization in a suburb outside of Atlanta, Georgia. So basically it's just like Dance Moms, but with a more traditional education.
I'm fascinated that Bravo is turning a Parent Teacher Organization into the next Real Housewives. There is nothing wrong with being an advocate for your child and raising money for schools. Then again, I've worked in schools before and my mother is a teacher, so I've been in this environment for almost as long as I can remember. There is definitely enough drama in elementary schools to fill ten reality shows.
Without further ado, here's a little bit about all of the Mother Funders cast members to get you pumped for this new series.

Amber Bryant
Amber is the Volunteer Coordinator of the group and is married to NFL alum Fernando Bryant. She works as a teacher and doesn’t have any children at the school yet — but she’s working on it and her money connections don’t hurt her standing one bit.

The second Amber is brand new to PTO volunteering and a little more laid-back than the other mothers.

Robin Dyke
The “official” Volunteer Coordinator, Robin is a marketing queen and golfer.

Shana Koorse
Already poised to be the black sheep of the bunch, Shana is a former board member who decided she’d rather just volunteer.

Shayzon Prince
Not only is Shayzon the Vice President and event planner of the PTO, she’s also a style expert, makeup artist, and has a lifestyle brand. What?!

Carla Stephens
The President of the PTO, Bravo describes Carla as “the perfect blend of a Betty Crocker and a drill sergeant who rules with an iron fist” — I like her already.

LaShon Thompson
The busiest of the bunch, LaShon manages her children’s performing careers while running a trucking company. We’ll have to watch to see how all those connect. On top of that, she is the PTO secretary.
