Could Zoe's Asymmetrical Dress Be The New Wrap?

Owning a wrap dress was once something that I thought every fashionable woman did. But after seeing Zoe Saldana's asymmetrical coral dress, I'm thinking this is the new and improved version. Saldana showed up for Jimmy Kimmel Live! in a bright summery number that has me regretting my most recent purchase.

The new mom was rocking a two-toned Tanya Taylor number (say that three times fast), that did amazing things for her slim figure. Can you believe she has 6-month-old twins and looks that amazing? That in itself should be an accomplishment. But the fact that she might be ahead of the trends, is yet another check to mark on her list. The mostly coral dress has accurately placed panels of burgundy, which I'm used to seeing in the fall. But when paired with the bright coral, they go together amazingly. And speaking of pairing, Saldana had on the best pair of what seem to be white Christian Louboutin pumps. Nothing says summer quite like white heels.

My favorite part of the dress is the fact that it creates so many lines and curves, seamlessly. All you have to do is walk and the dress moves with you. And if you're anything like me, clothes that do the hard for your are the types of clothes that you want in your closet. Thanks for introducing me to this ~*new*~ trend, Zoe (Sorry, DVF).
