Anyone else hear those sirens from the fire trucks? Selena Gomez was red hot in a two-piece satin outfit with a bandeau top, a ladylike bow, and a statement, thigh-showing slit while promoting a film in Cancun. The ensemble was truly a scorcher, with alternately sexy and sweet details. Gomez, who is one of the best-dressed starlets of her generation (IMHO), was promoting Hotel Transylvania 2 in Mexico. The film, which co-stars funnymen Adam Sandler and Kevin James, doesn't cruise into the multiplex until September 25, but that didn't stop the singer, actress, and Adidas model from absolutely killing it at the photo call.
The two-piece ensemble showed just the right amount of skin, as her shoulders and a tiny bit of her tummy were bared. Her legs were majorly spotlighted, thanks to that slit. The overall length of the skirt was past the calf, but the slit allowed her stems to be well showcased.
But that bow was definitely my favorite part of the look. It was unexpected and added such a girlish touch, along with Gomez's sweet personality. If her ex Justin Bieber sees these photos, he is going to be cursing the day he ever let her go. Actually, I take that back, since those two are always on-off and he doesn't need photos of Sel in a red top and skirt to signal a four-alarm fire. Let's peep the look from every angle.
You can appreciate the seriousness of the slit, since it was juxtaposed with the length of the skirt, which covered the other leg entirely, in this pose.

Straight ahead, you can see the multiple dimensions of the outfit. It was long, but still looked short, thanks to the slit. Selena Gomez is my favorite scarlet lady. Or scarlet starlet.
While seated, it looked lovely. Sel Go was so elegant and way leggy in crimson. Since she wore her hair slicked back, you got to see lots of her toned, smooth shoulders.
Ooh! The lady in red was blowing kisses and once again wowing us with her gams.

This side view made it look like a dress with cutouts in the midriff. So many dimensions! It was an optical illusion outfit.
She looked sexy and classy at once, which is not always an easy combo to pull off. I also loved that she chose to go with gold accessories.
