More Charges for These 'RHONJ' Stars

Welp, this can't be good. According to EW, Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa and Joe Giudice were indicted on new charges today, making it all the more likely that they'll both be filming next season of the show from the slammer. The Giudices — who have been with the show since the beginning and are responsible for that legendary table flipping scene which will go down in the books as the best 30 seconds of reality television ever — were indicted on one count of bank fraud and one count of loan application fraud today, in addition to the 39 charges of fraud they've already been indicted on.

As previously reported, the couple has pled not guilty to the charges, and both seem to be in denial that the courts would prosecute two reality television stars. OH, the horror — it's not like reality television stars have ever been sent to jail before!

Authorities are reportedly alleging that Teresa lied about having a $15,000/month salary on a loan application, and that Joe failed to file tax returns between 2004 and 2008. Teresa has spoken out about the legal troubles, telling Bravo's Watch What Happens Live that she is "not crawling under a rock and hiding," and would love to be included in the next season of RHONJ if the other women agree not to discuss her legal issues. Which begs the question: has she even seen her own show before?
