Bustle Talks 'PLL's "Songs Of Experience"

I can't be the only one still reeling from Pretty Little Liars episode "Songs of Experience," right? It may not have been the most action-packed hour of the series, but it moved the A mystery along, showed that the Liars are making progress in their recovery from the dollhouse trauma, gave some more insight to the mysterious Sara Harvey and featured what might be the most intense argument in PLL history. Just like last week, Bustle's Pretty Little Liars podcast, "Taking This One To The Grave," is here for fans who just can't stop thinking about the show and come up with theories like its their job.

Like always, I joined Entertainment Editor Kelsea Stahler and Editorial Assistant/Chief Tumblr Correspondent Christine DiStasio to go through the episode and figure out what exactly is going on in Rosewood, where apparently dead imaginary friends come back to life to terrorize your sister and her friends (and no, I'm not talking about Mr. Biscuit, Hanna). And even though there was a tragic lack of Caleb in this episode of Season 6, we still had plenty to say about Charlie, Sara, the increasingly hot Jason, and more, with thoughts like...

  • Kelsea's theory that "this episode was kind of like a loving joke about how obsessed we all are with finding clues"
  • Whether Ezra was "for once in his life, cute" (according to Kelsea) or "at his creepiest yet" (my correct opinion)
  • The hilariously horrible double-meaning I got from Ali saying she's "under every stone someone turns over"
  • Some light objectification of Jason, who Kelsea wants to jump into to the TV and hug, because "he needs comforting!"
